Rotational Leadership Programs

Mba/advanced degree | 4 Rotations | 2 Years

What is RLP?

A two-year post-MBA leadership development program that prepares future leaders to drive business impact across Comcast NBCUniversal. Through high-impact rotational assignments, participants gain experience in strategy, business development, analytics, and enterprise leadership while building broad business perspective and a strong executive network.

Program Experience

Onboarding

Participants will start their ERP experience with a week-long orientation. During orientation, they will hear from leaders at the company; network with each other and program alumni; and get an introduction to the telecom industry landscape.

The orientation experience gives participants the opportunity familiarize themselves with the company, the RLP program and their cohort ahead of joining their first rotation team the following week.

Job Rotations

Participants will have four distinct team experiences over the course of their time in the program, 4 six-month rotations. These rotation assignments are designed to provide hands-on experience, meaningful work and exposure to diverse business challenges.

Development Sessions

Throughout the program, ERP team plans development sessions where the entire cohort comes together to dive deeper into an area of the business, participate in group projects, network and strengthen their leadership skills.

Career Coaching

Your program manager serves as a resource to support your professional development and coach you during your rotational experience.

Cohort Experience

Being a part of a rotational program is a unique experience.

You will have a built-in network of people who will understand it and be in your corner for the rest of your professional career.
