Hear from ERP Participants

  • “My most valuable takeaway from the ERP Internship program was getting an understanding for just how vast and supportive of a company Comcast is. I met with multiple individuals across the company each week. This exposure gave me a strong understanding of how widespread Comcast NBCUniversal is. This was only further cemented by the speakers that came to the ERP Cybersecurity forums. These highlights were coupled with the support of every speaker who would adamantly express interest in staying connected after each meeting. These connections made my experience!”

    Megan Gray

ERP Cybersecurity Intern - Summer 2025 (Current member of CORE Cybersecurity 2028 Cohort)

  • “As someone who knew I wanted to work in technology, but hadn't quite found my "niche" in the space yet, I appreciate that my ERP internship and first CORE rotation have given me the opportunity to see two very different sides of the technology space, and develop skills in areas where I had little prior experience. I've also found that the development sessions, orientations, huddles, etc. have helped me to develop a professional network and genuine friendships with my peers, that has made the adjustment from school to work life much easier.”

    Nicholas Braun

    CORE Tech 2027

  • “I am so grateful for my past two experiences in this program. I have recommended it to so many people specifically for how well it is structured. I love the small cohort feel and the community and network it creates. I loved having a CORE mentor and the weekly forums. I think this program enables so many connections across the company which helped expand my network tremendously. Most of all, I love the amount of care the ERP team has for each intern. Both years, I genuienly felt like the team knew who I was and cared about supporting my personal and professional growth. My most valuable takeaway has been the holistic experience I had at such a large parent company. Through my two host teams and capstone projects, I recieved direct experience with 5 out of the 6 key growth drivers. Learning about each growth driver and, through my networking, piecing how they work together has been incredibly eye-opening. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work at such a large company at such a young age. As a business student, its also hard to understand what a degree in finance can look like if not going the traditional banking route. It was so valuable to recieve such different summer experiences in FP&A and Fin Ops. to be able to learn what I was interested in so early in my career.”

    Isabella Tunney

ERP Finance Intern - Summer 2025 (Current member of CORE Finance 2028 Cohort)

  • “I really appreciated how I got to learn about so many different parts of the Comcast and NBCUniversal businesses, as well as different opportunities/roles within finance itself. I came into the summer somewhat unsure of what I would like for my future career path, and learning through the forums, guest speakers, in coffee chats, and through the work on my team has helped me develop a better understanding of my strengths and where my strengths and interests could take me career wise. I also really appreciated the support the ERP team provided in this regard. From orientation, to guest speakers, the capstone, and from learning what our fellow interns or COREs were doing, it was clear that ERP management is really invested in our growth and wants us to figure out where and how we could excel. I also think my entire experience with this Ad Sales team was really helpful in my development for my technical skills, professional development, and confidence. Everyone was so encouraging!”

    Ava Tolin

    ERP Finance Intern (Summer 2026)

  • “This was my second year hosting an ERP intern, and I can only say positive things. The interns are so eager to learn and excited to connect with members of the team, and our team is energized by their curiosity, fresh perspectives, and the opportunity to mentor junior talent. It's an incredibly rewarding experience to see them grow over a short 10 weeks.”
